How awesome is this find at Costco in Gatineau?! Mike and I need to build a spit. I was wondering about the logistics of picking this thing up…would I need to purchase it on a Thursday and let it defrost for a few days and then cook it up on a Saturday? Who knows? So excited to see this next to the yogurt at Costco.
